Order Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refund processing time depends on the payment provider/bank.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation requests should be made before dispatch.
Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may affect your ability to place future COD orders
